Nuno Araújo, Director of Grupeixe, was present at the March 31st Workshop of the Icelandic Cod Cooking Schools Competition, speaking about the origin and exceptional qualities of this excellent cod.
The event, organized by Turismo de Portugal and with the support of Íslandsstofa | Business Iceland, also featured a showcooking by Icelandic chef Aron Johannsson, captain of the Icelandic culinary team. This year’s Competition has the participation of 11 Hotel and Tourism Schools and the Winner will win a trip to Iceland, together with the winners from Italy and Spain!
